Site Maintenance Officer
We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Officer to join an educational institute based in West London.
The client is looking for a proactive and professional site maintenance officer to provide an efficient and effective care taking service to the institute.
Duties for the role include, but are not limited to:
* To undertake repairs fixtures, fittings, furniture & equipment
* Receive deliveries of equipment and materials, and to deliver internally and to other sites
* To ensure compliance of H&S while assisting the facilities manager and Head of Health & Safety
* Clearance and removal of rubbish and dealing with the recycling of products
* Assisting public relations by responding to staff, student and site visitors in a helpful manner
* Assist with regular checks of essential systems such as fire alarm
You should must have experience of buildings and site maintenance or in a similar capacity, awareness of building, fire safety, disability and Health and Safety legalisation and hold a full UK/EU driving licence.
