This is an outstanding primary school who are approved for teacher training and looking for aspiring primary teachers to join their support team in September with a view to progressing to formal teacher training the following academic year.

You must have an impressive academic record, including a degree level qualification and a confident and caring approach to your work and duties.

The school needs a graduate who has a strong belief in a fair education for all and a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant who will do their best to provide a fully inclusive classroom experience for each and every child.

About the Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant you will be supporting the work of the class teachers within KS2 and you will be reacting to the varied needs within that team. You will benefit from the advice and support of a dedicated mentor, who is also an accomplished Outstanding Teacher. You will work closely with them on all areas from planning lessons to mark and assessing work. You could be offered a place on this school’s teacher training scheme, once you have proved you have the right enthusiasm and work ethic to successful reach qualified teacher status.
