Agile Scrum Master / Scrum Coach

Are you a Scrum Master/Agile Coach looking for a transformation project?

Technology is at the heart of this industry leading travel company, they pride themselves on excellence through their product, their employees and the entire user experience. The team is currently focussed on an interesting journey to redefine how their engineering teams operate. They are going through a large scale transformation project towards a leaner agile start-up style development model. They have significant funding and backing from management levels to work together and tackle unique problems for the betterment of the team, processes and technology stack.

You:

They are seeking an Agile Scrum Master/Scrum Coach ideally from a technical background. You don’t necessarily need to be able to code but a Java development background would be advantageous.

You would have a servant-leader style and be tasked with coaching several agile teams in best practices whilst promoting TDD/BDD, Kanban, continuous integration and Continuous Delivery.

Background
– Team Leadership experience (ideally 1-2 years)
– Pro Agile with a Servant-Leader style
– History of effectively driving change throughout a team
– Certified Scrum Master would be beneficial but not essential
