Our client a Global Business Services organisation are looking for an Employee Policy, Engagement & ER Manager.

Reporting to the Central Function HRD this role is based in London with travel across the UK & Ireland.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Employee Policy


• ER (working with the unions)


• Employee Engagement


• Lead on the Strategy for the business for all three areas
