Our client a Global Business Services organisation are looking for an Employee Policy, Engagement & ER Manager.
Reporting to the Central Function HRD this role is based in London with travel across the UK & Ireland.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Employee Policy
- ER (working with the unions)
- Employee Engagement
- Lead on the Strategy for the business for all three areas
