Head Pastry Chef - 5 Luxury Hotel - 52k

We are looking for a head pastry chef for a luxury 5* hotel in Central London.

This luxury hotel is one of London’s top 10 hotels. Therefore the head pastry chef must have previous working at restaurants and hotels of a similar calibre.

The head pastry chef must be able to handle the whole operation of this hotel. This includes banqueting, plated desserts and afternoon teas.

The head pastry chef salary is up to 52k.
