Salary:-Up to £39K + 5% Bonus
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Flexibility Required)
Duration: Full-Time and Permanent

Essential skills that you must have as HR Business Partner:

A sound knowledge of employment law and its application in the workplace
Capable of building relationships at all levels
Solid proven HR generalist background

Multi-site experience from within the transport sector would also be highly desirable.

The key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will be to work with Stakeholders in all areas of HR and the successful candidate is likely to possess:

Extensive experience of carrying out a similar HR Business Partner role
Strong influencing and communication skills at executive level
Sound knowledge of HR Systems and their capabilities
Ideally a graduate / appropriately qualified professional e.g. CIPD
