Management Accountant

My Client leading Consumer Retail business in Central London is looking for a Management Accountant to join their Head Office Team to report into the Finance Manager.

Reporting into the Finance Manager the Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Owning key areas of the month end result , specifically revenue, which includes the commercial understanding of the variances to the budget


• Fixed asset reporting in month & at month end


• Business partnering within the business to ensure correct allocation of costs/forecasts/budget overspend


• Business partnering with a region of sites and supporting the sites during and in month end


• Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations


• Understand the cash flows of the business and the working capital impacts of decisions to report on and drive the business’s desire to decrease the amount of money invested in working capital


• Prepare the first draft annual cost and head office budgets for the areas for which you are responsible


• Other ad-hoc tasks as reasonably allocated as required

Candidates will be ACCA/CIMA Studiers with proven Management Accounts experience.

Candidates MUST have experience of revenue reporting.
