We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Personal Assistant to join our Heineken UK business. Supporting two of our Directors you’ll become an integral team member and immersed in the wider team. You’ll be passionate about providing comprehensive and varied l PA support whilst maintaining confidentially. Their teams are at the forefront of the business dealing with valued internal and external customers so you’ll be as keen as we are to consistently exceed their expectations. The team that you will be joining is highly engaged and energetic and therefore we are looking for someone who will thrive in this environment.

What kind of responsibilities will I have?

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate experience;

• Diary Management – co-ordinate senior and executive meetings and events. Prioritising key meetings and tasks and sensitively resolving diary conflicts.


• Travel management – organising travel including accommodation arrangement


• Event & Project Management


• Coordination and preparation of documents, presentation material and reports


• Confidentially review emails and other correspondence


• Administration of expenses, invoices and budget tracking.

You’ll be highly organised with exception attention to detail and as comfortable dealing as with ambiguity as with structure and daily routine. At Heineken stakeholder relationships are key so you’ll be a natural at building rapport and trust whilst in turn managing the expectation of those around you. There’s scope in this role to take on exciting project and really add value to the business.
