Working under a pioneering and inspirational head chef, the desired Pastry Chef de partie has the opportunity to work with a small yet highly skilled team on a regularly changing menu with fresh, seasonal produce being heavily featured!

The desired Pastry Chef de Partie applicant must be comfortable and disciplined to run the section alone whilst working closely with the head chef. Experience in all aspects of Pastry is essential!
