A long established and respected healthcare provider urgently seek 2x experienced, committed and geninuely caring Nurses for Care homes. You will oversee the care team, provide sound individualised residential care and proactively consult and engage with the residents, GPs, carers, specialists, relative etc. You will join a stable, supportive and organised team.

Essential Criteria;

1st Level Nurse – valid NMC PIN number.

Sound knowledge, experience & problem solving skills.

Collate information in a clear, accurate and timely fashion.

Maintain clients confidentiality at all times.

Clear verbal and legible written communication.

Communicate in polite, professional and engaging manner.

Plan, structure, prioriise and complete work within timescales.

Must be able to work and fit into a friendly supportive team.
