Part-time role (18.25 hours per week).
The University of Warwick is seeking applications for a Principal Teaching Fellow to develop and deliver key aspects of its new BA in Liberal Arts course to be launched in October 2016. Working closely with the Academic Director for the course, you will contribute to the formulation of teaching and learning strategies for this flagship offering as well as have responsibility for the detailed design and implementation of new modules based on your own field of expertise. You will have a passion for inter- and trans-disciplinary teaching and learning and a belief in the benefits and advantages to be derived from an education in the Liberal Arts. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher, leader and communicator able to stimulate and enthuse students from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and to liaise effectively with internal and external contacts to foster networks aimed at developing and enhancing the reputation of the University within this emerging and growing academic field.
