Business Development Manager / New Business Sales Person – The Role


Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager with great energy, drive and relationship building skills. This is very much a new business hunter role for someone who can share ambitious growth targets and be part of the companies continued rise in market position.


You will have:


– •A consultative approach to sales, listening to the clients and tailoring a solution.
– •Have the ability to work across a range of organisations and achieve value KPIs.
– •A knowledge of a consultative solution sale and an ability to offer an end to end value service.
– •Experience of selling to multiple stakeholders including: designers, architects, consultants and contractors (amongst others) is essential
– •The ability to network and build rapport effectively
– •A great consultative sales background is more important than the sector you come from – our client will teach you what you need to know with regard to its solutions.
– •Ability to work independently, with strong diary management skills.
– •A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed.
– •A proven track record of hitting sales targets consistently.
– •Exhibit excellent communication skills – written and verbal
– •Have the ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline
– •A broad understanding of and interest in technology services
– •Formal sales training would be advantageous
