Graduate Researcher/ Resourcer for our growing Finance & Accounting team
Trace is boutique Recruitment Consultancy based in the heart of London, on Chancery Lane in an amazing building.
We’re a on a mission to challenge how recruitment is done. We use bespoke personality and cultural compatibility assessments to make sure the candidates we place, go to the right organisations, in the right roles. We’re serious about cultural fit.
We work hard delivering to the highest service standards for our clients who range from Royal Bank of Scotland to Sainsbury’s and balance this by making Trace a great place to work. We do this with things like “The Michelin Star Club” where if we hit our numbers we all take a half-day off for lunch at a Michelin star restaurant and by tackling challenges like the London to Brighton bike ride as a team.
We have a track record of developing Graduates into Consultants and do this using external training courses (REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice) and on the job coaching. You’ll get regular feedback and appraisals and all the support you will need to progress quickly.
Initially you will work with Consultants, helping to identify amazing candidates. As you progress the next steps will include meeting clients to discuss their needs, pitching our offer to new clients and in time running your own desk of loyal clients who really value your dedication and experience.
You don’t need prior experience. Energy, Determination and Commitment are the most important characteristics for this role. You must be comfortable speaking to people on the telephone and any database skills would be well received. In return, you will be working & learning the founders and gaining some key skills for the commercial world.
Qualifications/Competencies:
·Excellent academic track record up to degree level from a recognised University
·Some work experience, ideally in a sales or customer services environment
·Professional attitude both face to face and over the telephone
·A determination to work hard, and achieve great results
·A fun and inquisitive approach to work
