It’s an exciting time to join our Customer & Online Services Team, based at our head office, as we’re constantly evolving and improving to match our growing customer and user base. In fact, we’ve grown so much over the past 12 months that we’re now the biggest leisure provider in the UK. We’re looking for Customer Service Assistants who are skilled at assisting customers via a number of channels including Live Chat, email and telephone. This isn’t a customer-facing role, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t give the utmost care, attention and support to both our customers and internal stakeholders – which could include everyone from our teams at the leisure centres to sales and marketing departments. You’ll be helping both our customers and potential customers with everything from refunds to membership enquiries as well as acting on sales leads, so you’ll know how to prioritise your workload. You’ll be calm and composed under pressure and aim to resolve questions and queries in a friendly yet timely manner. You’ll probably have honed your customer service skills within a large ecommerce or retail company and this will stand you in good stead with the large numbers of customers that we have. A real team player, you’ll be confident, outgoing and great at building a rapport and trust with people.
