We need individuals to work for our prestigious client helping passengers navigate their way on this busy rail network.

This is an on-going, ad-hoc role working during various busy, high foot fall events throughout 2016. The role would specifically suit individuals who have other jobs that can work as and when required.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all passengers travelling through the allocated station, assisting with directions, travel times and general customer service inquiries.
You need to feel comfortable speaking to EVERYONE – this is NOT the job for shy people! You may well need to make occasional public announcements so a clear, audible, well-spoken voice is essential.
You MUST also be physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for a full shift
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you are an articulate people person with excellent communication skills – This IS the job for you!!
You MUST have the ability to remain calm under pressure and enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and nationalities.
WORKING HOURS
The first amazing project will be The London Marathon 2016

PAY RATE
£9.15 PER HOUR (holiday entitlement incl.)
