My client is looking for a focused, patient and dedicated Facilities Coordinator who will be located in their Directors office, where you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities team.


You will assist in the day to day management of facilities within the building including supporting internal & external meetings, working with security and cleaning contractors and liaising with building contractors.


Key account abilities will include the administrative support for Facility Management, Supporting meetings, including booking rooms, catering and room and equipment set ups, front of house reception duties, including answering phones, transferring calls, booking in and receiving visitors, ordering the office stationery, completing purchase orders and invoices, other administration duties may include providing support to the Director’s PA when required


This role is paying up to £24,000 per annum plus some additional perks


Working in modern offices which are located on the oldest picturesque street in the heart of Twickenham town centre, within easy reach of the shops, restaurants, pubs and the river Thames, Twickenham boasts excellent transport links.


Our client is responsible for managing a number of research programmes and investments for the Department of Health with a total annual budget in excess of £300 million
