Estate Agency Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for sales overall and the delivery of Branch KPIs and profits, through the management and support of all sales related activities within their branch, including:


  • Growing market share

  • Converting instructions to sales

  • Driving the sales process

  • Maintaining average fees

  • Winning and retaining business and creating raving fans

If you are confident and a results driven individual who can demonstrate exceptional sales, customer service and empathy with people, this could be the role for you.
