Our client is a highly respected, niche recruitment consultancy focused on marketing and digital solutions. Through covering many growth sectors including digital marketing, market research, analysis and insight, they are well positioned to expand upon their already impressive account base. Due to growth across all niche sectors, they now have an exciting opening for a Graduate Trainee looking to make their mark in Recruitment.

Based from a London SE1 office, you will:

• Work alongside colleagues on exciting projects for some of the UK’s leading companies


• Initially be responsible for both clients and candidates, where you will assist in the identification of suitable prospects and candidates


• Oversee diary management, client and candidate communications and business development activities


• Learning every aspect of the recruitment industry


• Fast track to become top billing Recruitment Consultant

This exciting opportunity is open to recent 2015-2016 graduates who possess:

• First class communication and presentation skills


• A polished approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business

The successful candidate can expect a starting salary circa 20k with an uncapped OTE of 30-35k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and genuine prospects. Second year earnings along with performance bonuses are anticipated to be circa 50-60k.
