About us


A successful boutique property consultancy in the heart of the West End are looking for a PA/Office Manager to join their team of four partners, one surveyor, and one part time member of staff. The PA/Office Manager is the only admin support in the office and therefore is a pivotal and valued member of the team. It is a very varied role and therefore needs someone who is a multi-tasker, proactive in their approach and a team player.


Key Requirements


The ideal candidate for the PA / Office Manager role would be a senior secretary or PA, preferably with experience in property, who is looking to take on a more challenging and diverse role in a small office environment. The selected candidate should be enthusiastic, courteous, articulate and extremely professional and have previous experience in a secretarial/PA role. Our working environment is friendly and relaxed and in addition to selecting a candidate who can do the job well, we place an emphasis on finding staff who will fit in.


Your role


The Practice deals with senior fund managers and company directors on a daily basis and an important aspect of the role for PA / Office Manager is building good relationships and gaining the confidence of existing clients through a courteous, friendly yet professional approach.


In addition to the standard secretarial duties the office management role will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office. They will also organise social and client entertainment, booking away days and events.


This is an exciting opportunity for a PA / Office Manager who would like to broaden their skills and add value to a successful, established and close knit friendly team.
