FRAME is recruiting for a multi disciplinary consultancy located in the heart of the city of London. 45 strong, this long established team are looking to expand as a result of a steadily increasing pipeline of new work. With sustainability a key theme throughout every project, the portfolio of builds range from large scale developments or refurbishments to smaller, bespoke designs across Commercial, Residential, Healthcare & Leisure sectors. Set to join an Interior Design team of 2 within the larger practice, this consultancy are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician with excellent UK Building Regulations and NBS knowledge to work on a variety of projects , in particular NHS Hospital fit-outs. The successful applicant must have excellent AutoCAD skills and be a ‘whiz’ with detailed and technical drawing packages from design development through to construction packages on site. The individual must demonstrate previous experience working on Hospitals in the UK and there for possess working knowledge of relevant software such as Codebook or DBA. This is a position for a mid level Architectural Technician who is looking to join a central London consultancy who can offer a good work-life balance and allow for long term career development.
