The ideal candidate will:
– be strongly customer-focussed at all times;
– be able to learn complex information quickly and put this into practice with speed and accuracy on a daily basis;
– be able to display great flexibility working on a range of duties to meet customer and service demand, making best use of their time to ensure a positive and highly productive work output;
– have a dedication to working on projects which will modernise the registration service to make it more efficient, accessible, more highly-performing and more income-generating;
– have excellent IT skills and make the best of technology to improve systems, procedures and processes;
– will work well with others as part of a team, displaying the highest level of professionalism and collaboration with service users, colleagues, managers and stakeholders alike.
Although experience of working in a register office is advantageous, we are happy to train the right candidate who matches the required skills, competencies and behaviours but who does not have registration experience.
