Trainee Management Assistant (Sales / Marketing)

A place in our Management Trainee Programme will give you real responsibilities within marketing and sales from day one and structured training over a period of 8 to 10 months guiding you towards a successful and professionally fulfilling career within leadership and management.

Previous experience is irrelevant – our current management team will personally train and develop the 8 successful individuals.

You must meet this criteria;

• 1 year work experience – sales, retail, telesales, estate agency, fitness, sports or any similar customer based role.


• Ambitious and winning mentality

Pre Management Roles:

The successful candidates will start in the sales and marketing teams learning the ins and outs of all of our active campaigns.

We believe that in order to lead and manage teams and / or projects, you need to understand the basics of the roles and functions below management.

We specialise in event based sales and marketing, so working at events driving sales results for our clients will be your number one priority.

Trainee Management Roles:

Once you have mastered the sales and marketing skills you will compete in our trainee management program. Current managers will mentor you in leadership to set you up to take on management roles within 8-10 months.

Please note you will need to attend 2 interviews, one of which is a full assessment day. Our interview process is unpaid for all roles.
