Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Finance into Media
Basic c. £25k
OTE c. £65k+

The Role:
From the outset you will focus on Resourcing candidates for different areas of the business to help improve your industry knowledge and familiarise yourself with the process. This Trainee Recruitment Consultants role will involve writing job adverts, sourcing candidates using job boards, linked in and social media. Vetting candidates and formatting CV’s. After you have demonstrated your ability and commitment to the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will then be given the chance to develop your own business as well as liaise with clients. Building relationships with both candidates and clients are essential within this role.
