About the 1st Class Maths Graduate / Graduate Achievement Coach Role
As a Maths Teaching Assistant your role will involve you joining a particular department chosen based on your qualifications and the school’s needs. This Maths Teaching Assistant position involves taking on your own classroom teaching responsibilities and managing smaller intervention groups and individual sessions. The role of Graduate Achievement Coach is to work 1:1 an in small groups, focusing on the raising of attainment of Maths within the school! Th is improvement will lead to E grades becoming C’s and C’s becoming A’s across Year 7 to Year 13, that is the aim. As a Graduate Achievement Coach you will be working with the most talented and challenging of pupils!
