Person Specification for Year 1 Teacher
This role requires a capable Year 1 Teacher who has previous experience working in an inner city school and 2 years of teaching experience. You must show the ability to become an important part of the team quickly while leading by example. This vacancy is open to those who have a positive mental attitude and high standards for their own practice. The school needs a teacher who has an understanding that the best teachers mix team-work with autonomously learning to create a balanced, open curriculum for their students.

About the Year 1 Teacher Role
This Year 1 Teacher role involves you teaching a 27-strong group of enthusiastic Year 1 students and you will be teaching in a fast-paced department. There will be 1 Teachign Assitant in the class to aid you with the raising of attainment.
