GM - Restaurant - London - up to £35k OTE £50k

An amazing opportunity has become available for a General Manager for a branded restaurant company in London. The brand has a fantastic reputation around the UK and is looking to expand further, creating brilliant career opportunities. The company offer in-depth training and support for their managers and offer General Managers a healthy work/life balance with managers working no more than 45 hours a week. The restaurant although part of a branded chair is actually marketed as an independent restaurant and as such they are looking for an individual ideally from an independent bar or restaurant background who would have the entrepreneurial skills to drive the business forward.

The candidate appointed will have to work within the branded procedures set out by the company, but their will be a lot of autonomy for the individual to have their say in how to increase the sales.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is competitive and pays up to £35,000 dependent on experience. There is also an attractive bonus, where managers can earn up to 30% of their salary every quarter.
