The Recruitment Consultant Role

On a day to day basis as a recruitment consultant you will be expected to:

* Speak with potential clients over the phone to generate new business
*Interview candidates
*Manage accounts and close deals
*Establish and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients
*Keep up to date with specific clients requirements
