Training will normally consist of a 3 month fast-track on the job placement with mentoring that will allow you to become a consultant fast. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates that are focused and ambitious and driven to forge a career within recruitment. Roles will vary from candidate qualifying to client gaining. This means that you will need good communication skills and confidence to engage with people.
