Graduate Customer Service Rep - Paid Internship - London

This role will offer £300 per week for the initial 3 month internship with a view to going permanent. You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this role.

Our speedy client is a mobile car service application which currently offers a open ended payment system.
They use ground-breaking payment features as well as innovative voice-technology to create an experience that both parties love. Having launched successfully as far as Australia, they are looking to kick start operations in London! They are looking to grow the team to really help drive forward the business.

A typical day would be:

– The days will be very varied requiring you to use strong communication skills to help orchestrate a number of tasks
– Daily reporting via email to key managers
– Weekly Google Hangout discussions with the Australian team
– Bi-monthly sessions with key partners
– Troubleshooting device and app issues
– On-boarding and supporting drivers
– Answering support phone calls and tickets
– Participating in dialogue with key industry bodies (e.g. Transport for London, London Cab Drivers’ Club, Trading Standards etc.)
– Interact with all team members across different cities (Development and Operations)

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

– The right candidate will be a confident and enthusiastic graduate
– You will have great interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
– A quick thinker with a good marketing approach will do well in this role
– You should have demonstrated leadership qualities in your previous experiences
