Graduate Trainee will receive BESPOKE TRAINING programs which is based on their personal strengths and goals to ensure they are given the foundations to build and develop their skills, thus ensuring their strengths are utilized in order to maximize earning potential. A CONFIDENT and outgoing nature is essential in order to successfully build relationships. A business related degree is often favourable but not essential. We may require multiple interviews before making a final decision, including spending a full day interview with a member of the company (as this is still an evaluation no claims on compensation are allowed, this applies to travel for the day too). All openings are based from pre booked events such as trade shows and live events. No experience is necessary. Earnings are based on commission therefore not capped.
