Multi Skilled Operative

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing contractor who work within the repairs and maintenance sector. They require a Multi-skilled Operative to carry out general repairs on social housing across the Croydon region. You must have a trade background in either Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling or Painting and have a broad understand of other trades. The ideal candidate will be able to work alone and unsupervised. The role will involve been given a job sheet of properties to attend including the work to be carried out and you will spend your day travelling between each property and carrying out all work to the highest possible standard. Applications will only be accepted from candidate’s who can demonstrate a very good understanding of their own trade and a basic understanding of others, for example, a Joiner who can show his understanding of how to fit a kitchen but can also do basic plumbing and tiling. This is a permanent position and there is an immediate start available.

The salary is £29k and a company vehicle is provided.
