Job: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bank, Central London (EC3)

Salary:£22,000 + commission (uncapped)

OTE: Year1 £45K, Year2 £80K, Yearr3 £100k.

Promotional Pathway:

We believe in clarity within our organisation, and therefore her is the promotional pathways with details of time taken to achieve these job titles.

• 3 – 5 Months: Junior Consultant (£25k Basic Salary)


• 12 – 18 Months: Senior Consultant (£30k Basic Salary)


• 2 -3 Years: Team Leader. (£37k Basic Salary)

The role

Our Graduate Recruitment Consultant will initially be based in the heart of the city in our London head office, with top performers given the opportunity to work internationally. You will take part in an award winning training programme across 12 months, learning as you gain valuable hands on experience and mentoring from some of our six figure billers.
