Junior International Head-hunter. Immediate Start,Travel Options

Salary: £20,000 + Unlimited Commission + Sign up bonus + Benefits.

The Company

Responsible for placing directors in banks such as Goldman Sachs, Standard Charter, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase etc, they have rapidly risen to become #1 head-hunter recruiters in the city.

Recently they have opened up 5 more branches across both Europe and American, which ambitions to open up more branches stretching into Asia. Their HQ is based in Canary Wharf, the financial capital of the UK.

The Role

As a junior head-hunter you will undergo a 6 week initial training programme to develop your skills as a researcher and salesmen. Upon completion of the programme, you will shadow a senior head-hunter, assisting in the complete cycle of all there deals. The ability to earn commission starts once you’re a fully fledge Head-hunter, and is uncapped.

This means that the role is target driven and commission is paid in 4 ways:

• Individual deal payment


• Annual Bonus


• Target based quarterly holidays


• Top Biller Lunch club (inc. Michelin Start Restaurants)

You will be responsible for sourcing both candidates and clients to work with, and therefore are rewarded heavily when doing so. Travel opportunities arrive since the deals are often international, with placements made through Europe, Asia and America; and as a head-hunter are required to be present.
