So what would you do as a Graduate Consultant:
- Contact potential clients to initiate new relationships.
- Offer clients new and exciting products to help them develop and grow their business or help them find the perfect candidate for their vacancies.
- Arrange to meet your clients (and candidates) at their offices and throughout the City.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with your clients.

- A starting salary of £20-25k and uncapped OTE. Most graduates will earn at least £35k in commission in their first year, but many will earn far above this.
