Your Profile

• Fluent in English –you are the face of the Hotel


• Manner and demeanor clearly identifies you as the Manager


• Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy


• Expertise in managing “multi-segments” (corporate/leisure) operation


• Strong organisational and planning skills


• Having previously opened a hotel would be a distinctive advantage


• Ability to recruit, lead, motivate and animate a team


• Enjoy a personal involvement in day-to–day operations


• Commercially Savvy with expertise in Revenue Management


• High motivation for delivering a high quality product and service


• Ability to interact with people at all levels internally and externally


• Ability to achieve and maintain maximum guest satisfaction

Your Mission

• To optimise commercial activities to ensure the hotels objectives are met


• To play an active role and have strong visibility in the local community


• To ensure the animation, cohesion and development of the Hotel Management Team


• To monitor and maximise the profitability of all departments


• To implement the product and marketing strategies as per the Brand recommendations


• To ensure the use of TARS and Revenue Management to maximise the rooms revenue of the hotel, and, referrals to other Accor Properties in London


• To work in synergy with the other Accor London hotels


• To drive the Brand Initiatives in the hotel to maintain and continue to improve on the service culture within the hotel team.

Temporary London accommodation is available to assist with relocation, if need be.
