Salary: £20,000 -£25,000 (dependant on experience) + uncapped commission + benefits

We would love to speak to you if you are a bi-lingual or multi-lingual graduate seeking a new role in London. Due to expansion within our European team we are seeking an exceptional person to join us as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and help grow our German team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to relocate to London, with the chance to be part of opening a brand new German office in the future.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Recruitment is a sales based role therefore the position requires you to expand the Harnham brand further through business development activities.


• You will excel in sourcing new business opportunities, and then finding the best people in the market for your clients.


• You will enjoy the buzz of negotiating with both job seekers and clients.

What skills will help you succeed in the role?

• You will be qualified to degree level in any discipline.


• Ideally you will have gained experience in a business / corporate environment.

With a base salary of £20,000 and one of the best commission structures on the London market, there is no limit to the money you can earn. On target earnings (OTE) in year one are £35K-£40K with year two rising to £50K+ and year three £80K+.
