Our client is one of London’s most respected tech recruitment firms. They’re growing fast and looking for bright, motivated candidates with an interest in technology and a lot of get up and go to join them.
Tech recruitment has a bad reputation, but our client are ethical, friendly and supportive. They don’t do things like other recruitment agencies. This is a pretty great opportunity for people willing to make the most of it – so if you think you are, please keep reading.
About you
We’re not looking for people who have worked in recruitment before, but, you’ll be bright, ambitious, honest and friendly, someone who likes meeting new people and quickly builds genuine relationships. Our client isn’t interested in arrogance, overconfidence or fake charmers – they want to meet people who share their outlook and are willing to work their backsides off for fantastic return. They pay well, with good basic salary and a great bonus scheme. In return they expect loyalty, hard work, and commitment to growing the business long-term.
Recent recruits have come from a range of backgrounds, including economics, sports science and teaching, as well as technical subjects, though most have a genuine interest in technology. You need strong analytical or research skills (or the potential for them) and excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. This isn’t a 9-5 job and if you’re after short-term payouts then it’s probably not the role for you. The harder you work, the more you’ll earn, and the more satisfaction you’ll get from your work.
