Role summary


The Learning and Development Partner will support the overall business strategy. They will partner with the business to support business growth through its employees and Learning & Development initiatives.


What you will be doing


  • Design and deliver learning and development solutions to meet the needs of the business areas across White Stuff

  • Oversee programmes within White Stuff to include the White Stuff Induction, the Core Training Programme, Brand Dips for new shops and the Boot Camp for Retail Trainers.

  • Work alongside the People team business partners and heads of department to assess relevant training needs. Conduct learning needs analysis across White Stuff in order to identify skills gaps and provide solutions.

  • Identify, select and manage external training providers where necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.

  • Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the Whites Stuff as appropriate.

  • Organise training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.

  • Ensure all learning activities and materials meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.

  • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance etc, as required.

  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.

  • Experience of managing and implementing innovative projects.
