Lecturer will be paid at Grade 7, £40,082 to £47,801 per annum, plus £2,323 per annum London Allowance. Senior Lecturer will be paid at Grade 8, £49,230 to £57,047 per annum, plus £2,323 per annum London Allowance

King’s College London is seeking to recruit a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Workplace Mental Health, Business, Organisational or Occupational Psychology to contribute to existing undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and develop new educational activity in the area for the Institute.
The person appointed will share our commitment to innovative teaching, using a collaborative, creative approach to ensure an outstanding student experience. They will be required to contribute to the organization and teaching of modules, to supervise research projects and to act as personal tutor. They will also complement and extend the world-class research at King’s.
The post holder will deliver teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including specialist teaching of topics from organizational, occupational, business psychology or workplace mental health. The post holder will contribute principally to our BSc Psychology and MSc Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology programmes including possible involvement in programme and module leadership, placements and curriculum development. We are interested in applicants who can help to develop the Institute’s broader education and research activity in the area.
Applicants must have a relevant PhD or equivalent higher degree, experience in delivering high quality teaching in a Higher Education context, and either evidence of a high standing in the field (Senior Lecturer), or demonstrable potential to achieve a high standing in the field (Lecturer).
