Group/Company Head Chef – Restaurant and Retail concept – London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong chef who is currently working as a: Senior Head Chef, Group Chef, Area Chef, Group development chef or executive chef to join this new and exciting business in London.

You will be joining this business from the early stage of inception and will be part of the senior management team that will help grow and expand this business across London.

Due to open a number of food focused retail units, restaurants and a CPU, this is a very exciting and diverse role for the right character.

We ideally would like to have someone on board who:

• has managed multiple sites and has been involved with or has knowledge of a CPU style kitchen


• Has managed multiple sites (restaurants or Food retail)


• Knowledge of or passion for Asian or Pan Asian cuisine is highly desired


• Has exceptionally high standards


• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition


• The want to grow and nurture a business which is about to take London by storm

This is a great opportunity to be part of something from the ground up and help grow.

The salary on offer is obviously dependent on experience and will be between £40,000 and £50,000 plus bonuses etc.
