The current recruitment consultancy position we are offering is with an exciting company based in fantastic central London offices. They are looking to expand and are looking for hungry, recent graduates to join their highly regarded team. Specialising in the finance sector and with an excellent training programme, you would quickly become an expert in your specific sector.

What does a recruitment consultant do?

Recruitment consultancy is a direct sales role. It has the highest on target earnings in the sales industry and is seen as the pinnacle of a sales career. The position is the full 360 role and will involve vetting CVs, interviewing candidates, liaising with existing clients, business development, advertising jobs and networking. Recruitment is an industry built on relationships so being sociable and being able to build rapport are two necessary skills.
