General Manager - Doghouse Distillery - London

Doghouse Distillery is based in South West London and is due to commence production in September 2016. Our first products will be a vodka and gin. Taking a novel and new age approach to spirit production, we live and breathe our ethos “Good times, passion and innovation with a hint of rebellion.”

At Doghouse, we are not just passionate about spirits, we will take absolute care in every part of our production process to ensure quality, consistency and superiority of our brands.

We are going to produce true English products and make them entirely from scratch. We will source the freshest raw materials locally and use a combination of traditional and new world distillation techniques to produce spirits with an edge that stand out. We don’t believe in mainstream!

This is a start up business but we are certainly not here to sit on our hands and a steep growth curve will be experienced in the short to medium term. Opportunities like this only come around so often! If you want to be part of something special, read on.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working as the primary point of contact for all business administration and reporting to the Managing Director


• General business administration


• Supplier management and follow up


• Client administration including debt collection


• Managing and liaising with our financial and legal advisers


• Marketing and PR related duties


• Working with the MD to effect systemisation and efficiency improvements


• Participating in work related events from time to time outside of normal work hours and living the brand


• Being awesome

Preferred extras:

• At least 1-3 year’s experience in business administration or marketing


• Experience with Xero accounting software or similar


• Proficient in MS Office products


• Skilled in social media and marketing with an eye for detail


• Have an appreciation and love of the beverage industry
