Learning and Development Assistant (FTC - Maternity Cover) - Mishcon de Reya - London





Manage and oversee training programmes
  • Provide full Learning & Development support to departments within the firm, including scheduling lectures, workshops and seminars

  • Liaise with the wider firm to understand training needs

  • Advising wider firm on Learning & Development requirements

  • Regularly review training programmes and processes

  • Organise and plan trainee and departmental training

  • Monitor and review the Learning Management System on an on-going basis

  • Arranging confidential coaching meetings

  • Support the administrator on their day to day responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand specific development requirements

  • Liaise and build relationships with internal and external providers

  • Oversee individuals undertaking professional qualifications and monitor progress

  • Provide administrative support to Learning & Development Manager

  • Skills/Experience

    • Strong working knowledge of supporting a team in Learning and Development

    • Professional services background desirable, ideally a law firm

    • Interest in design element of Learning and Development training

    • Strong IT Skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

    • Able to prioritise and multitask

    • Willingness and desire to learn

    • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues

    • CIPD partly qualified/ qualified or interested in obtaining this qualification
