The Stone Lodge Group has been established for 20 years and cover areas including: property developments, social housing, facilities management, lettings & property management, hotels, hostels and B&B operations.
Role:
To support our expansion we are looking to fill a number of office based roles and have an immediate requirement for a Repairs & Maintenance/ Housing Officer
The ideal candidate must have experience of undertaking pre and post inspections in both void and occupied properties. Reporting to managers and the client to agreed timescales.
Duties will include;
- Support the maintenance team to manage a quick turnaround of voids
- Undertake pre and post inspections in both void and occupied properties
- Issue work orders following inspection
- Liaise with occupants and contractors
- Ensure all work orders are written up and records are up to date
- Monitoring progress of all the works
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures and processes are adhered by all staff
- Providing written reports and analysis to management
- Ensuring a high quality of workmanship
- Gather customer satisfaction data and repairs data.
Hours:
Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
Weekend overtime available
Essential Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Stable career history.
• Previous property experience.
• Good telephone manner.
• Able to act professionally at all times.
• Drivers licences
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
