We are working with a fast growing Financial Services Organisation who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Associate. They need an ambitious and inspiring professional to help them double in size over the next twelve months. You’ll be joining a Recruitment Team that cannot be praised enough for their hard work and dedication. Despite all achievements they retain their humility and continue to provide an outstanding service and are eager to bring someone on board who has the same work ethos and values.

They seek individuals who want to grow with the business and make an impact, entrepreneurial thinking is encouraged and ideas are often implemented. The Recruitment Associate will be a part of a forward thinking, dynamic and innovate working environment where there is a genuine team atmosphere. The Recruitment team are lively and interactive and the Recruitment Associate will be working with them to:
- Establishing recruitment needs
- Advertisement, job descriptions and press publications
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Interviewing (face to face, telephone and video)
- Talent sourcing using social media
- Assessment centres
- Recruitment projects
This is an exceptionally busy, fast paced role that enables you to build relationships with the business and would suit an energetic and detail-conscious individual that takes great pride in their work and enjoys being part of a close knit team.
