As the HR Officer you will be working alongside the HR Manager on but not limited to:

• Generalist – HR procedures, policies, flexible working requests, performance management, maternity and paternity.


• Employee relations and employee support.


• Management information and salary reviews – appraisals, absence and starters/leavers interviews.


• Process, policies and HR systems.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD educated HR professional with 12mths Senior HR Assistant experience within Professional or Financial Services. As well exposure to a wide range of HR issues, employment law and have the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
