About the role
You will have responsibility for global MSI vehicle fleet management. You will be in charge of the implementation of a global fleet management strategy and optimisation of the fleet operations in CPs, with focus on increasing productivity, reducing cost and improving safety and security. This is the start of a Global Fleet Project which you will have opportunity to have significant impact upon. Please note that this position is a 12 fixed term month contract.
The Global Support Manager will provide support and guidance to CPs to implement and follow MSI fleet management systems and procedures. You will also monitor compliance and analyse data produced to identify areas for improvement. Support CPs in optimising vehicle fleet profile and operations.
About you
First and foremost, you will be committed to achieving MSI’s mission, ‘children by choice, not chance’. In addition, you will have significant experience managing large fleets internationally and managing projects. You will hail from a background of developing and rolling out strategies, providing in-depth analysis of fleet management against KPIs and identification of potential areas for improvement across the business.
You will be solutions-focussed, proactive, and have experience in implementing new fleet management processes across culturally diverse teams. You will be familiar with fleet management software, GPS tracking and telematics, including configuration and implementation of such systems.
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:
· At least 3 years’ experience managing large fleets across multiple countries (including developing countries), combined with a background in developing and implementing fleet strategies in a diverse international environment.
· Experience in analysis of data from fleet management systems to identify areas for review and intervention to improve fleet performance and reduce cost.
· A successful track record of implementing multi-country projects (developing countries desirable).
· Fluent in French and English – reading, writing and speaking (essential).
· An international driver’s licence (essential).

Location: London (with extensive travel involved)
Salary: £44-51k p/a (depending on experience)
