They are looking for a BPO Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement function and report into the Head of Sourcing. They are offering an excellent salary and package.

Description

Develop sourcing strategies for key categories

Be the single point of contact for key stakeholders

Execute key contracts to support business growth

Deliver improved value for the spend on both cost and cash

Ensure their category meets all required Supplier Governance requirements

Support the Procurement transformation programme and support key organisational improving projects

Profile

• 5-7 years strategic sourcing experience gained within a blue chip environment


• Have demonstrated the ability to deliver cost and cash savings that have impacted bottom line


• Experience of negotiating non-standard agreements


• Ability to manage complex supplier relationships


• Ability to develop a sourcing strategy


• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills


• Highly numerate


• Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Particularly excel and powerpoint

Desirable

• Financial Services Experience


• MCIPS


• Organisation capability building skills


• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Engineering or Business
