Corporate Development Executive

We are currently looking for a Corporate Development Executive to join the Corporate Development team of an international law firm based in the City of London. The firm offer excellent prospects for progression with a fantastic support network.

The Corporate Development team support the Firm in formulating and implementing the strategy for growth, including projects aiming at strengthening and consolidating their position in the market and projects supporting the Firms’ development (merger/acquisitions, opening of new offices, joint venture/cooperation agreements, and managing relationships with law firms).

The role holder will work closely with the Head of Corporate Development in London, the key objective of this role is to provide the Corporate Development team with support for the management of an internal initiative programme and the management of progression projects.

Requirements include:
• Experience of working in a professional environment and offering excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with high level of workload and changing priorities.
• Experience of undertaking administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
• Willingness to work as part of a team sharing best practice and previous experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities.
• Fluent in one other language than English.
