A fantastic opportunity for a senior Event Manager to join this dynamic channel marketing agency!

THE COMPANY

Our client is an independent full service events, marketing and communications agency delivering live events to an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients across sectors including automotive, telecoms and IT. Offering a range of services from award-winning marketing programmes through to events including large road shows, award ceremonies, experiential events and large-scale conferences both in the UK and overseas, this agency really are going from strength to strength!

With in house design, creative, video, production and event logistics they are winning new accounts, growing existing clients and rapidly becoming a THE agency to work for.

THE ROLE

Due to volume of work they are now looking for a strong Event Manager to join their dedicated account team on a maternity cover contract. Working for one of their well established premium automotive clients you will be key to the delivery of their dealer events as well as supporting with their marketing activities.

A broad role, your responsibilities will include:

*Taking the initial brief from the client
*Supporting with proposals when required
*Guest management
*Working closely with client senior management to ensure briefs and campaigns are delivered accordingly
*Liaising with internal departments regarding print and branding materials
*Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking and vehicle movement
*Supplier management and liaison
*Budget management
*On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, having managed their own events end to end from within an agency environment. Broader guest management skills and the ability to communicate with both customers and senior clients would be expected and experience with automotive or luxury brands would be preferred, but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be client facing and have a natural ability to build relationships. Due to the nature of the role candidates must be open to travel.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain varied experience and develop an integrated skill set working on a high profile account.
